Meet the Author – Jess Coles
I have spent decades in top companies in commercial roles, is an entrepreneur and keen Angel Investor. Jess has worked in corporates to start-ups.
I launched my first business in 2005, and Emerson Nash at the end of 2015. In between, I spent time at Fosters and Innocent Drinks. The way we create products and services now is very different than in 2005. In 2005 we had what we thought was a good idea, built it and then launched it, learning quickly when it was in the marketplace. This was not easy, and we made plenty of mistakes, but got there in the end. We find this is common in many businesses.
Now we use the 10 steps and undertake research and testing until we have enough proof that our product/service solves our customers problems well. We save £10k+ in costs and get a better product/service quicker. I want to help other businesses achieve similar benefits.
